Full Job Description

Freight Girlz and We Got This Trucking LLC are looking for multiple experienced CDL Class A Drivers for carriers that we dispatch for as well as our own trucking company. Equipment - Reefer - Dry Van - Power Only - Flatbed - Step Deck

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a OTR CDL CLASS A Truck Driver for, at minimum, last 2 years

• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (ELD, GPS, AVL units, CB etc)

• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly

• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations

• No recent moving or driving violations

• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)

• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations

• Valid CLASS A CDL truck driving license

• 2 Years of recent tractor trailer driving experience

• No more than 1 moving violations in the previous 3 years

• Not cited for a DOT defined accident in the previous 3 years

• No serious offenses in the previous 3 years or pattern of unsafe practices

Trucker owned and operated, fleet of 3. Seeking a self driven, professional individual to join our tight knit team. Our drivers make 25-27% of gross profits on loads carried and any detention or layover pay is split 50/50.

Service Area: We are open to your lane preferences and primarily run the Midwest and south.

Home-time: Minimum 7 days out and 2-3 in / if you stay out longer than 14 days in time can be added.

Pay: Drivers make 25-27% of gross profits on loads carried and any detention or layover pay is split 50/50. Weekly gross average is $6,500+ / in the past 6months $9.5K was the highest paying week for a reefer solo

Pay Day: Paid weekly by direct deposit / W9 employee

Equipment: All 2011 or newer well maintained Peterbuilt 386 - 13spd and Freightliner Cascadia available currently. APU, power inverter, mini fridge. JJ Keller elog tablet in cab. Set at 70mph
Drivers will need a smartphone and knowledge of how to send and receive text and emails by phone. CamScanner App used to upload documents.
